friends only?
i've been thinking of making this journal friends-only for some time now. all of a sudden i started to feel over-exposed. so i just spent the last hour editing most of my public entries (thank goodness there weren't too many!) and making them friends-only. i feel much better now.

sooo.... that means that some of you may need to open a livejournal account and friend me! and then let me know that you friended me! i promise more juicy details this way! (ok, so my journal wasn't ever that juicy. but i'll try my best)

I know how you feel. I strted friending ll my entries a while back... not because I've anything terribly secret or even exciting to say, but just because you never know who migt be lurking out there. And there are oodles of nuts out on the net! Hee.

i don't have juicy enough secrets that need to be hidden. so my main reason for doing this for the same reason as you: who knows if there is some crazy out there reading every single word of what i write. *shiver*

Out of curiosity, what brought you to this decision? I've been thinking about it for years, but part of me just can't be bothered. I'm wondering if I'm missing out on some really creepy motivating factor.

there was no creepy motivating factor. it's more that i don't want there to ever be one!
i guess now that i'm getting older, i don't feel the need to expose myself to the world anymore, and i'd like to keep my personal life more personal and private, sharing with only those people i choose, instead of the world.

yeah i friend most of my entries i think. this is just because most of them are ridiculously stupid, and i don't want that to be brodcasted quite so broadly.

I started out not friending any of my entries. Now I friend just about all of them. Started doing it due to break up with ex although I don't know if he had brains enough to be able to find my journal. But he screwed around with some psycho who was doing whatever she could to contact me to either bash me (like, WTF did "I" do??) or try and get info about him outta me. She seemed to think that I still cared about my ex, despite the fact that I kicked his ass AND all his shit out because of this.

yeah...i'm sort of friends only..have some filters...may make more...come visit me! it's looking better than when we used my butter knife to assemble furniture!

but using a butter knife made it feel like that much more of an accomplishment! did you find yourself a set of tools yet?
i would really like to come over again. sorry i couldn't make it last night though. any chance you need any more furniture ( have lots to give away!) and how is your lighting situation? do we need to call in the lighting designer one of these days?
i miss you again. we should plan a "get-together"
